The Terri Green Project

Working with some of Denmark and Swedens’ best artist, Terri stormed the US charts with a number one club song, featuring alongside dub kings Cazzette in 2015 only to rack up two more Billboard #1 Club songs in 2015 and 2017. The song Blind Heart, surpassed 65 million Spotify streams to date. We came to know her in the late 90s as the lead singer of the summer club and radio smash “Oh La La La” as a member of the duo 2 Eivissa, which took the #1 Radio spot in 1997 in both Spain and Italy, and #13 in the United Kingdom. As a bonfide dance diva she has consistently worked with top talent all over the globe including tours with David Guetta, Tiesto, Roger Sanchez and other globally recognized Deejays. Her work for Danish superstar Medina, penning several tracks for her english albums, earned her a gold record in Germany. Working as a songwriter with soul singer, Burhan G, they penned the single Bang That Box for Roger Sanchez ft. Terri, which notably became the first major remix job for superstar and legend the late Avicii. Terri, a global name in dance created the Terri B! brand under the direction of Luciano Ingrosso, uncle of Sebastian and the rest is history. The Hamburg based American Singer, Songwriter has penned records for names like Legend Chris Norman of Smokey fame, dusted with Germany’s rock legend Udo Lindenberg and pop princess Medina, not to mention countless dance records, and landed her music in TV programming to include So You Think You Can Dance, Pitch, and The Originals. The sound is soulful, and reminiscent of times gone by. Dionne, Warrick, Barry White, Chic, The Gap Band, Earth Wind and Fire, Donna Summer are a few of the acts that inspired the project. The Terri Green Project, a suggestion from Saxophonist and co-producer to the project, Torsten “ Toddi Reed” Abrolat, that Terri go back to her soulful roots was a splendid idea. What they refer to as “Grown and Sexy Soul” was inspired by some of Terri’s friends and fans who seemed to be excluded from main stream radio today. Age is a gift and something to treasure. Terri never has been shy about her age or her long career and was pleasantly surprised at how many fans were lost in today’s pop and urban scene. The upcoming album, “What a Feeling” includes songs from her longtime writing partner, Songwriter Hall of Fame inductee 2018, Stephen H. Dorff, father of the actor of the same name and known for his work with Whitney Houston, Celin Dion and a featured appearance by Carrington-Brown. Cellist Rebecca Carrington, is a former London Philharmonic musician who performed on The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter to name a few and her dynamic husband Collin Brown was known for his work as backup singer for several Robbie Williams shows. She currently has a recurring soul event with guest artist which have included, The Weather Girls and other top acts called Diamond Nights. The single, Night to Remember co-written by Franz Plasa (Mariah Carey, Echt, X-Factor Germany), Terri and Torsten, pays homage to 1977, one of Terri and Torstens’ most memorable music period. Torsten’s brilliant string arrangements, glide through the track, as bass player, Thomas Stieger ( Gregory Porter, Sarah Conner) keep the groove on point. Guitarist Frans Plasa, still a German icon in the music industry, lent a slick Chic styled riff to set the mood and Terri’s husky charming vocal rides the track effortlessly.
